After-Sales Service

We provide:
1  Consulting service: You can call us for queries and free consultation if you encounter any problems in the use process.
2  Replacement service: In case of quality problems like appearance damage or functional failures caused by manufacturers after you buy the products from our company, you can call us for free replacement.
3  Maintenance service: If there is a quality problem in the product during the maintenance period, you have the right to request immediate maintenance service.
4  If the quality problems occur in the normal use of the product from the date of purchase by the user, aftersales service is guaranteed free of charge for at least 12 months.

[1 ]The date of purchase is the date on the purchase invoice.
[2] We do not undertake after-sales service obligations for products which was not purchased from our company.
[3] Replacement and warranty services are only valid under general use: all man-made damages (such as self-disassembly, inappropriate connection, power supply with inappropriate voltage, non-compliance with instructions, etc.), damage caused by transportation and other accidents, force majeure such as natural disasters, maintenance and modification not approved by us are not included in the replacement, free warranty.
[4] For the service of the discontinued model products, we only do functional repair (the appearance may be different from the original product).
[5] Warranty services do not include shells, instructions, packages
[6] When requesting service, please bring the warranty card and the original purchase invoice. Please keep the warranty card and purchase invoice properly. The warranty card must not be altered, otherwise it will be invalidated.
[7] Before using the products supplied by us, please read the instructions carefully.
[8] The Company reserves the right of final interpretation of the after-sales service regulations.
